The experience uses “food and sound” to enhance the pleasure, with “gusto gourmet” menu created by renowned French Chef Gilles Poitevin, with Italian sound artist Marco Galardi. Together, they will create an unforgettable dinner that invites everyone to discover the hidden sounds in their food and awaken all the senses in this new experience.
Surprise yourself with a 4 course culinary journey, a menu beautifully create from the sound of nature such as Louis XVI of pan-sear Duck foie gras Vanilla & honey Bénedictine sense with fig & cherry compote, toasted brioche and Crayfish asparagus black truffle Sarah Bernhardt potage.
Enjoy this premium menu, perfectly paired with wines and delight your five senses amidst Bangkok’s beautiful views from “La Vue” on 25th floor of [email protected] Design Hotel Bangkok. The special dinner is exclusively available on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th April 2015 from 19.00 Hrs. at 3,555 Baht net per person.
The dinner will start on time at 19.30 Hrs. and will take 2 hours, as you will enjoy each course with special selected sounds of “The Art of Food Frequency”.
