3. Patong Nightlife
Patong Nightlife in Phuket is famous the world around for being colourful and carefree. It has evolved a lot to reach every type of travellers and is not as rowdy as in Pattaya or even Bangkok. During high season (November to May), Nightlife is vibrant in most beach towns. Patong is lively and colourful until 2 am (officially) but most of the time past 4 am.

The island has plenty of affordable shopping spots. There is a four floor Central Phuket shopping complex that sells pretty much everything. The Phuket Art Village, Phuket Weekend Market and Chillva Night Market make for a great experience to wonder around.
6. Island Hop
If you are going to visit Phuket, then you should consider visiting the Phi Phi Islands or one of the many other nearby small islands. Koh Khai islands for example is unknown to most tourists, yet it is breathtaking.
If you are going to explore some of the islands, pack a snorkel as you will want to take a swim in the gorgeous seas!
